Hi! I started using myfitnesspal about 3 weeks ago and I have already lost 5 pounds! I'm super excited, but I still have a ways to go. I started trying to lose weight after my most recent doctor's appointment to see I gained 30 pounds in the last year (which made me cry) and I had elevated cholesterol levels. My goal is to lose 52 more pounds and lower my cholesterol. Add me if you want, I'll offer words of encouragement and support!!

My birthday is in late fall so my goal is to work my butt off this summer (literally) and be at my goal weight of 130 by then!
