You look amazing. Makes me more inspired to get my butt in gear and be better about exercising and logging.

Thanks cougs12! I know it's hard to keep logging everyday. MFP has been one of the main tools for me in helping me along the way. Makes it easier with the phone app so I can log as I go.

You look great!! I love the dress (and the old jeans WOW, you've really put in the work) I really wish I would have kept my old clothes for a pic like that! Keep up the great work, its really paying off!

Thanks d_smith85! I donated almost all my old clothes, but kept just one pair as a small reminder for me of where I was. I'm glad I did! I never felt that big, but it's eye opening to realize just how far I have come. Helps when I need that extra push and motivation.

Thanks so much for sharing your story and pictures. It's inspiring to know that I'm not alone in taking it a bit slower and having times of being more and less consistent. You've done a fantastic job. Best wishes on reaching your next goal. :flowerforyou:

Thanks for your comments Tree72! Sometimes I wish I could've lost faster than I have been. But realizing it's a lifestyle change and not a race, I took it slow and had a lot of ups and downs trying to make adjustments and see what works for me. It took me a long time to become obese, I didn't go into it with the expectation that I would lose it all immediately. Just as long as I can maintain when I get to my goal weight, I will be happy. I'm really hoping to get there this year.
    You look amazing...good job :flowerforyou:
