Now I feel sick and guilty...

I ate my three meals today and I still had 277 calories left. I wasn't even hungry, and I didn't even particularly want food. I wasn't bored or any thing but I somehow felt the need to get a bowl of vegetable soup. I could barely finish it and now I feel really full up/sick. But I also feel guilty, like it's going to have an impact on my weight tomorrow because it was food that I didn't actually need.

I still have almost 100 cals left but I don't think I'll be using them up. I went over by my carbs again though.

Is there any way eating on a full stomach can effect your weight, even if it's still within your calorie allowance?

Thanks.

if your calories didn't go over, you won't gain. That doesn't mean you can't overeat, because obviously, you can fill your tummy up with more than it can handle, even if it is with low calorie foods.

You'll be ok, lesson learned, just listen to your tummy as well as paying attention to the calories. As you lose weight, your portion sizes will naturally shrink, you will not eat the same amounts you may have in the past. I used to eat heaping platefuls of food, I cannot do that now, my stomach simply can't hold it.

    best wishes :)

Hey! If you still have calories left, you didn't eat enough! Don't feel guilty for trying to get them in., plan on how you WILL get them in tomorrow. Starving yourself is not a solution. Make a plan and stick to it.
