    Good article! I hope you guys are right!! I've been primarily doing Chalean extreme (workout program using really heavy weights) for a few weeks now and I'm hoping for much better results than what I've gotten in the past when doing mostly just cardio and some light weights.

    i hate when i see 'i dont want to look like a man' geeze..it takes a lot of work to build muscle..even for a man..a man doesnt look muscley without hard long dedicated work. no one just wakes up and says..oh i got soo many muscles..oops.
