This is my first full week of tracking and I decided not to buy a scale for home and weigh in on Wednesdays at work. I'm anxious I may not have lost and will be discouraged. I really like eating better and feel better in general so that is a plus. I plan to start exercising this week after work a few days so hopefully that will make me feel better too. I'm just hoping to stay upbeat and positive.

If you don't see a drop, don't get discouraged. Sometimes, it takes a few weeks for your body to adjust to the "new" way of life. Just keep going, it will start to drop. If you haven't done it, I recommend taking your measurements because even when you don't lose lbs, you could be losing inches. This is a slow and steady process.0

I weigh in every friday. Its so exciting to see what that scale is going to show. I just kee telling myself if it stays the same, its ok. My body is adjusting to my new way. If i lose then great. But if i gain, i take a step back and think about what I've been doing...0
