For the people who use P90X, how do you enter it into your exercise plan? Specifically, Plyometrics and Kenpo. Thanks for the help!

In order to enter calories burned on MFP, you need a heart rate monitor to determine what you are burning during the P90X workout. It is different for each person. I use the Polar FT3 and it works great. Good luck

I would just create an entry called P90X Cardio Video, then another for P90X Weights, then enter how many calories you burned in the allotted time. Under the Exercise Tab, click My Exercises and Create Exercise, etc…

Do you have a Heart Rate Monitor? That will help you ensure you enter a more accurate number of calories burned, as opposed to what MFP comes up with.

Wondering the same thing since I'll be starting p90x tomorrow... but I think a heart rate monitor is the best way to go.
