Today is Day 1 of Round 2 for me, which means Fit Test #1. Last time I did this program I did not pay a lot of attention to the diet part until the 2nd Month. So this time it's all business.

    Round 2, Day 1 Fit Test Results:

    Swicth Kicks: 36
    Power Jacks: 36
    Power Knees: 50
    Power Jumps: 20
    Globe Jumps: 6
    Suicide Jumps: 7
    Push-Up Jacks 21
    Low Plank Oblique: 30

    Fit Test = Unfit :laugh:
