1 year post-baby with 25lbs to go

Hi everyone - my friend Autumn suggested I join this site. I am a mom to a 1yr old girl and finally finally finally able to get back at the exercise thing after nearly a year of foot problems related to the pregnancy (plantar fascitiis, ow).

I LOVE to exercise, and am so thrilled to be back in the game. I find that when I am working out I start to see results, and this inspires me to eat better, and then the pounds start to slough off (at least I hope so this time!) I signed up for a few fun summer races (Mud Run, Warrior Dash) and am training a group of other mom's to get them (and me) fit for the events.

Where I need help is with the food thing - I LOVE to eat, aggghghhhh! So just looking for support in not overeating, not mindless eating, not over beer pizza cheese french fry eating :) Looking forward to getting to know you!
