I started doing Eat Clean over a year ago. In the Eat Clean Magazine there is a Meal Planner but for us I figure out 3 meals that I want to cook for the week, giving us options for lunch and dinner, then I get the groceries needed for those 3 meals and cook them either Sat or Sun for the next week. I put them in portion sizes in individual bowls so we can grab and go. Each bowl works out to be between 250-300 calories and you have 3 choices to pick from. I theme each week with something new so we are always trying something different. Hope this helps. It really helps us stay on track!0
