Homemade Granola Cereal
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. cinnamon (add as much or little as you like)
1/4 cup agave nectar or raw honey
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 cups of dried fruit (add after you take it out of the oven; otherwise your dried fruit will be too hard)
Preheat over to 325 degrees.
Mix together all of the ingredients except the dried fruit. Spread evenly on a large baking sheet. Cook on lower rack in oven for 12 minutes. Turn the granola and cook another 12-13 minutes.
Let cool on rack. Mix in the dried fruit and store in a container.
