I love my niece!!!!

So, Easter weekend we had a family get together like most. When I walked into my parents house one of my nieces hugged me and then said, "Aunt Jenny, you look like you've lost weight". That made me feel so good. But what made me feel even better is when my mom looks at her and says, "You won't believe how she's done it" and then goes on to tell her what I do. I was so ecstatic that someone finally noticed that I've lost some weight and that my mom has really paid attention to me and was excited about it too. :happy:

Awww that's sweet! You had me at "I love my niece" cuz I adore mine as well

It's always extra nice when you realize people have paid attention to what you've been doing AND show a measure of excitement about it!

I love how surprised ones are to hear that the only thing you need to do to lose weight it watch your calorie intake and add in exercise. I am constantly getting questioned on that "being all I'm doing" - any pills, or restrictions etc.
