Turbofire schedule and mixing in other exercise

Hey everyone!! Today was my first day of Turbofire (yay!!) but I have some questions for other TF users. Do all of you stick to the schedule or do you use TF a couple days a week just to mix up workouts? Ether way what results have you seen?? I also like to do dance classes (mostly hip hop based) and I'm wondering if doing these in addition to TF will be to much? Lastly are you doing Stentgh Training in addition to TF or just what they do on the DVD? because i think I'd like to do some extra strentgh training as well. Lots of questions i know but I'd love any feedback you may have for any of them and anything else you'd like to add would be great

Im not doing turbofire ( I do p90x, run, snowboard, hike, walk, turbo jam, and yoga:) but I wanted to say I think you should do as many different exercises as you can for a complete exercise routine, including definitely strength conditioning exercises:) Especially the dance as it sounds like thats something you enjoy, keep it fun so it lasts a lifetime:)0
