Humbled..................thats a word that is new to me..............................but thats how i feel.


I have been using MFP for over 100 days and I love it.......... some great friends....some great laughs......................... but in recent weeks, dark times have hit us.

To much bad talk, to much negative things, to much thinking about other things and not me wanting to get fit.

I dont only WANT this........... I NEED THIS....... and I am doing this for me..... NO ONE ELSE !!!!!

I tried to play a Challenge last month and it worked for some and not others....

So here i am trying again, and some of my best friends have turned this in to a revolution !!!

So this is it people....... our time has come........... your time............. FOCUS TIME.

Ask not what you can do for MFP....but what MFP can do for you!

OWN YOUR GOALS
STAY ACCOUNTABLE
HELP OTHERS

and lets cut the Flirts.....down.......

    So close to my goal and letting the stress of LIFE get in the way and I am losing my focus!
