Slight Set Back

Hey Everyone,
I'm 23 Male live in the Philadelphia area and I started tracking my Calories here about Feb and stopped I believe in April and was doing okay for awhile but now I've gained back at least 10 lbs - 15lbs. I was going to the gym Monday - Friday but I stopped soon after my wife started going. So I am coming back and trying to participate in the forums for motivation. I was 235 in December 2010 and today I'm 217ish. Thanks and I hope to get to meet some great people.

Glad you're back!
Your title says it all: "Slight set back." Just remember how much further ahead you are than you were when you started this. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and sometimes you need to walk part of it just to finish. Keep on truckin'!0
