Chipotle Pepper Dip

(serving size: 1/2 cup - 90 calories, 3g fat, 440mg sodium, 9g carbs, <1g fiber, 6g protein = 2 points)

Serves 5
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Chipotle pepper sauce
2 (8-ounce) containers low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
assorted cut vegetables or corn chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix until blended and refrigerate. Add shredded cheese. Serve with assorted cut vegetables or chips.
HG RECOMMENDS THAT YOU DIP THE FOLLOWING CRUNCHY ITEMS IN THE ABOVE DIP: Baked Lays, Guiltless Gourmet Potato Crisps, Baked Tostitos, Quaker Quakes. Feeling adventurous? Cut up some lavash bread and bake your own little crispy, low-cal chips!
