Lose 4 lbs
Whole wheat only
At least seven cups of water per day
No food after 7pm
Be active for a minimum of forty minutes daily
No more outside food (except once a week?)
Have at least one fruit per day

    Lose 7lb (maybe a bit ambitious)
    Stick to my exercise plan
    Drink loads of water and green tea
    Stay off take aways
    No Coca Cola
    Stick to my lunch plan and avoid the pub / Chinese buffet!
    Be happy and positive every day

    Run at least 15 miles a week
    No late night binging
    Begin to run outside more
    Sign up for either 5 or 10k to participate in
    Less processed foods!

    Lose 5-8 lbs (?!!?!?!)
    Bare minimum outside/fast food
    Increase water intake, at least 6 cups
    Gym 4 days a week, outside exercise 1 day
    Restrict splurg or sweet intake to once a week, if that.
    STAY ON THE WAGON!
    Boost self-esteem, not "down talk" myself.
    No new clothes this month! I'm done accomodating my size!

    Add a fourth gym day per week
    Eat more veggies as snacks
    Look amazing @ my graduation and party on 5/21 and 5/22

    Only eat from a plate ( so no grabbing food on the go)
    drink 8 cups of water a day
    Do a session of exercise a day
    Be positive
    Lose 4 lbs

    Get in a good/healhty fitness rhythm
    exercise/walk at least 20 min a day (to start!!)
    avoid the office junk food!!!

    stay under my calorie goal

    Keep doing the shred everyday
    Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day
    lose 10lbs

    Reduce caffeine (per doctor)
    Drink 6-8 cups of water / day
    Do something active 6-7 days a week (even if it's only a 10 minute walk)
    Include God more with my daily activities & weightloss
