How do you eat back the calories u burn after exercising when ur on the 17 day diet? Any ideas?

    Most MFP peeps on the 17 Day Diet aren't eating back their exercise calories actually.:sick: But, if I were you and still wanted to follow the 17 Day Diet guidelines, I'd eat back those calories in extra servings of fruit, probiotics, and proteins... since those are pretty much the only "high" calorie foods on the plan. Maybe even have an extra serving of healthy fat. (I'd include at least avocado even though olive oil is recommended. Maybe even include natural peanut butter as a fat serving too.) You'd have to stuff yourself silly to be able to eat them back in just veggies.... So, perhaps not the best idea. :)

    If anything, don't eat them back. (Oh my Gosh. I don't normally say this.) Just eat healthy and eat however much you want, whenever you want. The first 17 days IS meant for fast weight loss.

    Or you could skip the second cycle where starches and carbs are introduced again.
