Ok, so I took on a challenge to do a certain amount of squats...can't find a way to log them in my exercise. THAN, I just finished 6 weeks, 6 pack (a Jillian Michaels video) but I can't figure out how to log that either. Can someone guide me? Anyone ever done the Jillian Michaels 6 week, 6 pack?? - gotta tell you, I'm dying ... So I'd like to get credit for my work :-p

I do the 30 day shred and I wear a heart rate monitor so I know my calories.

I have Jillian's 30 day shred and her stuff is a lot like calisthenics or interval training. Try that. I believe if you get a brief recovery period in between exercises, it is interval training. If you are moving straight on to the next move, it is circuit training. I'm not sure what the difference between calisthenics and circuit training are, though.

Okay, interval training isn't in MFP's database and circuit training and calisthenics burn the same calories, so there you go. That is what I would put in. Hope that helps.

When I do the shred I log it as circuit training. Calisthenics by definition is using your own body to build strength-so sit ups, push ups, pull ups, squats would all fall under calisthenics.

    Hope that helps!
