    hey rach, how accurate are your weekly charts to how much you actually lose?

    Well I just started them, and last week I predicted 0.8lb and actually lost 1.6lb, so far this week I've predicted 1lb and lost 2.2lbs.

    It's possible that I'm calculating my BMR lower than it actually is, maybe I need to move from sedentary to lightly active, so my calorie deficits might actually be bigger than I think. I think I'm going to leave it alone for a couple weeks and if I'm still losing at the same rate and prediciting low, I might change my 'lifestyle' option so that it accounts for more calories being burned. My body might just be reacting well to my sudden change in activity. From exercise maybe once a week to 6x a week.

    We'll see!

    I was going to go back and make charts for previous weeks, but I didn't log consistently enough.

    Hi girls! Wanted to check in- I'm at 167.5lb this week! I'm gonna say it's stress related... do you think you lose weight quickly if you don't work out for a week? Curious because I hope I'm not just losing muscle mass. I only got to work out on Tuesday and I'm leaving for Dallas this weekend so I'm afraid I won't be working out until Sunday :-(

    Maybe I can convince my friend to do some yoga tomorrow :)

    Really hoping my binge toay won't hurt my weigh-in in the morning. My weight got down to 171 over the weekend!!

    Oddly enough, I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow morning.

    Good Morning Gals! 156.5 for me....just a tiny loss. I am hoping for a bigger loss this week. I think I am going to go back to doing more cardio...that seemed to work better for me.
