Gluten Free Donuts - Baked not Fried!

I LOVE this Gluten Free donut recipe. Big plus is that the donuts are baked and not fried! YUMMY:)

    Here's my awesome spinach dip recipe:
    Spinach Dip

    * 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
    * 10 oz frozen spinach
    * 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts
    * ⅔ cup sour cream
    * 1 cup cream cheese
    * ⅓ cup Miracle Whip
    * 2 teaspoons minced garlic

    1. Preheat oven to 375০
    2. Combine spinach, Parmesan, & artichoke hearts
    3. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, Miracle Whip, & garlic together, add to spinach mixture
    4. Bake 20-30 minutes
    5. Serve with carrot & celery sticks, crackers or bread

    I would recommend using light mayo, cream cheese & sour cream if you want to eat a good amount of this--it is pretty high calories otherwise!
