I'm not much for posting but always like to read and learn from others. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery 2 weeks ago to remove the tumor. Should be starting radiation treatments very soon. This was my wake up call, time to take better care of myself, even though that had nothing to do with getting cancer. However, once I kick the cancers *kitten* I've decided to make a lifestlye change and become a healthier, more energetic dad/husband. Congrats to those who've reached their goals and I'm honored to join those that are still working toward theirs.

    Cancer does suck. I just finished treatments myself, very inspired to get into better health now. Good luck with treatments. Radiation effects everyone differently, for me it wasn't so bad at all. (Especially when compared to chemo!) I wish you good health!
