I'm currently looking for some suggestions for some good workout songs. What are some songs that you work out to? i've got a lot of music but I guess I've gotten tired of it because the music I usually listen to just doesn't cut it anymore. So if anyone could give me some music ideas/suggestions I'd appreciate it.

if you walk, jog, bike, etc there is this website called jog.fm that builds you a playlist based on how quickly you're moving. Pretty cool0

I'm about to "out" myself.....but both of my kids are allstar cheerleaders. Our music guy does the most AWESOME mixes for our teams plus he's got all the team music from some of the marquis teams in the country. Something about the BPM they set cheer music to is right in the zone I need it to be - plus it moves and has a lot of energy. I asked him to zip file it for me and send it to me for my mp3 player...can't wait! Right now I'm running with nothing and that's not as motivating as a good cheer mix Cheer1fm.com streams nothing but cheer mixes from the nations best teams

If you want something to keep you pumped up and in good spirits through out your workout, try some Black Eyed Peas... Great motivators!
This part I'm only adding because I found it interesting: One day I was on the dreadmill (lol) and was in a very bad mood since I had just had an argument with my then boyfriend, now husband and I put Korn on my iPod and went through 3 miles with out even thinking!
Happy Exercising!

I am a product of the 80's so I have Metalica, Van Halen, and some other 80's rock. I also have Foo Fighters, DMB, and some other various rock groups. It may sound stupid, but I am going to add the theme from Rocky to my ipod. Who can't get pumped when they hear that?0
