It's that time again everybody!!! We only have a little over a month left and then we will be a step closer to our slimmer summer bodies. :bigsmile:
Keep up the great work everyone! I know it is getting hard to stay committed, exercise, and log meals...but keep at it! The end is in sight!

Cngratulations to everyone! Even if we are not achieving mini goals, atleast we are not gaining any weight. BTW just today my Anatomy professor was telling the trick to eat a slice of bread 1/2 hr. before meals , when we are going to eat we won't overfill. (It takes 20 minutes for communication between brain and stomach).0

Regardless of a mini-loss, it's still not a gain :-) TOM is here this week so fingers crossed I can beat the hell out of him before I weigh in, lol. Great job every one on your loss!!! And thanks again for the awesome chart and challenge!0
