    Cngratulations to everyone! Even if we are not achieving mini goals, atleast we are not gaining any weight. BTW just today my Anatomy professor was telling the trick to eat a slice of bread 1/2 hr. before meals , when we are going to eat we won't overfill. (It takes 20 minutes for communication between brain and stomach).
