loggin exercise into diary

having trouble figuring out how to log my exercise. In need of tips and how to calculate calories burned would be really helpful thank you.

Hello,when you go under exercise and than click on data base, On the lower part of your screen a box will show up asking you to enter your weight the amount of time spent and the type of exercise you performed,it will then calculate it for you.Also you go to the drop down box and search the listing of activities.It has everything from Aerobics to being on a rider lawn mower to cleaning your home.I hope this helps you out.Good luck.You can add me if you would like to.:happy:0
