17 Day Diet

Has anyone tried the 17 day diet? What kind of success? Pros and cons of it. I am reading the book and thinking of trying it.

    You need to do any fad diets. If you just cut out refined sugar and refined "white" carbs and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats and low fat dairy and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day you will see results and you will lose weight in a healthy way.

    It's a crash diet. Don't fall for it. The best way to achieve real weight loss is to change your lifestyle and permanent eating habits. You can't sustain the 17 day diet for longer than 17 days... that's the hook.

    Ditto!!! You have to maintain a new LIFEstyle, not fall for a fad DIEt.
