How to Calorie Count

Hi every one I never really understood the calorie counting Im just wondering how do you add up how much calories your eating and im just wondering if theirs any sites out there that actually count the products calories for you i know one which is weight watchers but there expensive if theirs maybe a free website that does it or whats the easiest way to count calories and understand

Sweetheart, that is what MyFitnessPal does for you, free. You just have to take the time to enter your foods and your exercise. It will also calculate your BMI, BMR, your calorie goals, etc... It is all here, just waiting for you! F R E E!0

Read the back of the foods your eating. It will give serving sizes and calorie amounts. That's how I do it for my individual meals or snacks, then enter in here and its added all together.0

Just click on "Food" and start entering. It's a bit of a pain when you first start but it gets easier.0
