After workout food rush?

I usually consume most of my calories after my workout, and after a day of burning 800 something calories and have only eaten 400 so far, It's hard to restrain yourself. I have been working out really hard the last few days. I get home and the first thing I see is refried beans and cheese, I want a burrito, then the cravings set in and then I want potatoes and green beans! and end it with a protein shake. I can't start with my protein shake because that is what I drink to let my body know "hey, you're done" I could've done better at lunch, I didn't NEED the kid's cheese pizza at my gym, but it's cheap, filling and 295 calories. Still, how do I avoid the refried beans? Take a look at my food journal and feel free to critique, i'm always over on sugar and carbs :/

oh, and is there a glitch with the ipod sync? it keeps doubling it, because I log in both. Is there a way to fix it?
