I have a stove and oven and I barely use them lol eat fresh veggies and fruits. Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, almonds, avocados, baby spinach.....you can add your fruit to cottage cheese and yogurt its yummy.
You can cook eggs in the micro wave too. Also protein shakes, just add water and shake in a mixer bottle great way to get some extra good calories.0 -
Oatmeal, fresh veggies and fruits for snacks. Rice, tuna. Whole grain bread. Popcorn (the light stuff)...there's a lot of different things out there0
