Bummer. I don't have stairs, or any access to stairs, I work at home. Any alternatives??? I have an incline treadmill, that's it. What can I do?0

I somehow missed last Tuesday, but I am on board for Today! I went "down" 3 flights today but I assume we are only counting "UP" the stairs. SO I will be going out of my way to get this done!!

I'm with you but no stairs at work here and won't be home till late tonight to run the stairs to my basement. If we do lunges, how many?0 -

Do you count downstairs as well or is it up 400 - sorry for the stupid question, I'm having a slow day lol. Also how do you work out how many cals are in an exercise as they're not on the database so would need to be added. Thanks guys x0

I'm in! I work on the third floor and live in a third floor walk up. Going to do a round now to count how many stairs there are at work. Lol.0

Done. Had to do the LUnges, I did them all, PLUS the remaining 50 Squats from yesterdays challenge!!! :laugh:0

Reporting in... apparently it is 80 steps from my floor to the garage... so up and down x 3 = 480. Done! Going for a short walk then maybe i'll come back up the stairs just for kicks and giggles.0

I helped my roommate move out today, and we live on the second floor, so lots of trips up and down, carrying heavy boxes!

Got 420 in today. :drinker: Took most of the day since I did a killer leg workout at lunch, but I got them in. Lol.0

i did about 150 stairs then my butt Cramped So I had to stop But then 160 Lunges.0

420 today! I am sure there were others that I didn't think to count, like at my daughter's preschool. I am only counting the ones that I did intentionally!0

ok - I have to admit - stairs are kind of a weird thing of mine. I love them. Of any challenge you could ever pick...this is the one I am super stoked to do.
Week 1 - 400 taking 2 at a time, first 280 w glute squeezes/back leg lift. (2nd workout like that last week:)
Week 2 - 780 - Did 380 on a long, gradual set (2 trips up and down) and 384 on a stupid-steep set (4 trips up and down)...all 2 at a time, first 380 w glute squeezes.
Ran about a mile broken up in between sets.
Seriously. I love stairs.
Anyone in Portland OR ever want to do this workout with me - let me know!0 -

Wk2 225 in a combination of running and double stepping was all I could do. Was a busy day today0 -
Completed 45 flights of stairs.. on the stair stepper.0
