Hi Everyone!
I'm Kelsey. I joined here desperate for some motivation to lose the 12 lbs. that have been stubborn as hell and will go away. I'm 21... from Southern California... and this summer I want to finally stop avoiding the beach! I moved to Portland, Oregon in August to go to college and spent way too many nights bundled up with my roommate and a bottle of wine trying to stay warm.
I joined here last Thursday. I cant believe how much the food diary helps! I plan my day and make adjustments according to my goals. Between that, a little bit of exercise, and cutting out wine I've lost about 1.5 lbs. in 4 days!
I have 6 weeks till I head home for summer and I'm determined to be confident in a bikini!
Any tips?

Welcome to MFP Kelsey!
Well the biggest tip anyone can give you is to stay motivated in my opinion. That's got to be the hardest part. Don't be afraid to add people including myself as a friend.
