NSV - Man I needed that

So I'd grown frustrated with dieting and exercising. I began exercising almost daily, mixing up cardio and 30 Day Shred. I worried less about my calorie intake and more about what kinds of food I had been eating, plus drinking more water. It worked for the first 5 pounds, but then I platued at 131 and have been stuck here for 2 weeks now.

Laundry Day : I have no jeans to wear. So I pull out the last pair I had clean. I loved these jeans last summer. Size 4 skinny zip jeans from Gap. My favorite. I had washed them, then put them away for the last few months as I'd been having trouble comfortably fitting into them. I slowly pulled them on, unsure if I'd be able to even squeeze my thighs into them.

Low and behold, they fit! And better than they had before! They were slightly loose on my thighs and I even had to put on a belt to get rid of the small gap at my waist.

So despite somehow weighing 10 pounds more than last summer, I'm smaller in my lower body. All of my jeans in general are fitting just slightly looser and are more comfortable to wear. No longer do I feel like I'm squeezing into them.

Now just to keep going. Hopefully the scale will move soon! I'd like to still hit 125.
