UK People - Free Fitness TV online!

Hiya, while trying to find out how to get this channel (Fitness TV) with my cable provider (Virgin Media) I found that you can't. Booooooo! :grumble:

BUT you can see some free exercise videos online - including 'chariobics' (which would've been great last week when I strained my ankle), pilates, kids yoga - all kinds of stuff!

You have to sign up, but hey, it's free!

Do you have the Body in Balance channel? (I have it on Sky) there are some on there.

Urgh it really bugs me when they have different channels from each other!

No i have none of these channels! But i do have super duper fast internet.

But I'm signing up for Body in Balance TV online - thanks for the tip!
