Do you always sweat less than other people? Some people just have fewer sweat glands. If that's not the case, then make sure you are well hydrated and push yourself a little. .0

I really don't have that problem but from observation I have noticed others putting more cloths on. Like they would wear sweats to keep their body temp high. You also might just be one of those that just don't sweat a lot0

You sweat more efficiently if you're well hydrated. You should drink about 16 oz of water within two hours before the start of your work out.0

Don't worry about it. Just stay hydrated. Everyone is really quite different when it comes to body functions like sweat.0

Why do you need to increase your sweat? You're still burning calories even if you don't sweat as much as someone else.
Make sure you're hydrated. Not sweating at all, especially when it's warm, is a sign of heat stroke.
I don't sweat a ton, even after a 5 mile run. I may get damp and my clothes may be damp but it's not pouring off me like it does, say, my brother in law or my fiance.0 -
I don't have any advice, but I'm like you. I always have been. I just don't sweat much at all! It's nice that it's not pouring off of me, but I also tend to overheat really easily. I'm talked to my doctors about it and there really isn't much I can do, it's just my body. I just try to make sure I'm drinking enough water. Hope you figure something out that works for you.0

I think everyone is different and some people sweat more than others.....I don't sweat much either while my husband drips all over the equipment!!!!! get a heart rate monitor and worry more about getting your heartrate cooking.....sweat or not, no big deal.....:happy:0

It's possible you just naturally don't sweat as much (I envy you). I know people like this. But you have to be VERY careful if you're naturally like this. You need to be drinking water to keep your body cooled off. Sweat evaporates and cools the body. If you don't sweat, you should be drinking even more water.0

Hahaha, I'm jealous, actually. I sweat enormously just by living my normal life, stepping outside in the warmth, etc. If you're really worried, go see a doctor.0
