Hi everyone, I am going on holiday in 2 weeks, I am soooo scared about putting on weight, what do you guys plan to do on holiday, It will be all inclusive so there will be a gym and daily water aerobics, but along with all inclusive comes limitless food, alcohol and fizzy drinks ;-( I have lost 17lbs so far and have 15.5 to go, I don’t want to undo all the hard work I have done.     I usually come prepaird or look for lighter options. Enjoy your holiday and take advantage of the workout room and water aerobics. Also a great way to get in a workout with the family is to go on a hike, go swimming together or even play a sport :) Also drink tons of water, tons and tons lol. If you really want something as in food or achool limit yourself to just one serving size. I hope this helped :)

    If this holiday is on beach spend lots of time walking the beach and in the waves. Look for other activities like volleyball or pool basketball that are fun and burn calories. Look for ways to explore the area you are going to like a walking tour. Allow yourself one treat a day so that you don't feel like you are being deprived, but keep it within reason. Enjoy yourself. It is after all a vacation.

    If you try to do a little bit of exercise each day, it will help you maintain your current weight.
