Navel Ring
Options
Hello!
I just had a question for anyone who has any experience with navel rings. I want to get mine done once I get to my "healthy" BMI weight (150, and I am currently 162). However, I want to continue to lose 10-20 pounds after that. I was wondering if losing weight affects the piercing at all (placement, size, etc.), and if it would be a better idea to wait.
Thanks!

Hasn't affected mine at all, other than now I'm a little more confident showing it off!0

I have been heavy and light with my piercing ... I think it should not be an issue ... I got mine done when I was at about 155, lost down to 145 and gained up to 180 and am on my way back down again.0

Awesome! I just wanted to do it sooner rather than later because I hear the healing time is 6 months to 2 years.0

I've had one in for years, took it out when 3 month pregnant (I'd had it in a couple of years then), then back in post baby so size change made no difference!0
