Hello everyone,

I'm new here and trying to stay on track, stress/emotional eater, wanting to lose 50 lbs, how to some work with the emotional eating? suggestions will help

    Hi, welcome to MFP!! I'm not an emotional eater so I would be lying to you if I told I knew exactly how that felt and what to do. I can suggest that instead of using food to fill that void or emotion, do some meditation or clean something to get your focus away from food. There are a lot of great people on this site and I wish you the best of luck on your journey!!
