adding exercise

Hi, i'm new to MFP and i was trying to add my workout is there any way to add if you did a workout dvd i can't seem to get it to come up. if u have any suggestions id love to hear them..

    if u look at the bottom of the screen when your looking for a excercise it gives you the option to add it if its not there. :)
