I wear a pair of adidas sneakers for everything related to working out and I also have a bad back. Wearing these sneakers have made it so my back does not hurt after working out.0

GET FITTED!!! I can not tell you how important this is - what works for one person is totally wrong for another depending on your pronation, arches, etc.
Find a running store/shoe store in your area, they'll be more than happy to help you. Bring in your old shoes so they can look at the wear on the tread. And go in for fittings at least once a year. I was surprised this year to find I got fitted up a 1/2 size, but oh what a difference it makes for my long walks!!
I'm also a strong Asiacs supporter - but it totally depends on the style of Asiacs since they make them for so many different feet types! One pair I have is AWFUL - turns out, I bought the wrong style.0 -

EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID!!!
Everyone has different feet. What works for me and my wide duck paddles, may not work for someone with long skinny feet. Get Fitted at a reputable running store (not ***Mart, or T**get... but Running Room, Fleet Feet etc... people who specialize in shoes)0
