Please please send me some!!!!!
Fed up of the way i look n not having energy its driving me insane! So here i am Thursday is the day i re start my change of life i will get there and this is the day! Shopping tomorrow night for all the healthy goodies.
Tips, Fave healthy foods and snacks n also tips on getting the water in me? Im rubbish at my water intake. x

watch your carb intake... Processed foods. Eat clean!0

Your two children are the best motivation I can think of. You have the opportunity to set a good example for them by cooking and eating healthy as a family. I wish I had done better at that when my kids were little so I would have been in better shape to do more things with them. Good luck0

My favorite healthy foods/snacks include: Vitatops (esp for those chocolate goodie cravings) (vitalicious.com, publix, target), apple slices, Greek yogurt, Mini Babybel Light cheese (near the cheese stcks), Special K Protein Plus cereal, South Beach bars, and Jamba Juice frozen smoothie mixes, Smart Balance FF milk, oh i could go on and on lol.
As for your water problem, I recommend shaking it up a bit. Special K protien water and Crystal Light mix-ins are awesome! Then rotate with plain water.

Congratulations on taking the first steps.
My favorite snack is an apple with either peanut butter or cheese. Also, Power Crunch bars, but they taste so good, I might need to cut them out so that I don't count on that "candy."
As for the water, do you have a water bottle? I keep one with me to sip on all day long.0
