So I have a full-time day job, and a part-time night job I work 2 or 3 nights a week. Every night I don't work my night job I go to the gym and get in a good hour of cardio and some weights. My part-time job is serving at Buffalo Wild Wings and it is ALWAYS busy, so I'm always speed walking and working up a sweat. By the time I get off work I've usually worked a 15-17 hour day and definitely too worn out to go to the gym. Do you think walking around for 6-8 hours at my serving job is ok enough to make up for missing an hour of cardio at the gym? I really want to lose 9 more lbs by September, 14 lbs would be even better, so I want to make sure I'm doing all I can to get this done!!!

If I read this right you're working out 4-5 days a week? Keep your calories in line and make sure your activity level in your profile is set according to your daily activity level, which seems to be quite a bit compared to us desk jockeys. I think you'll be fine.0
