Eat the egg if you want, or maybe just the white...0

Doubt it...Its when we make these things habit that it makes us gain weight. You don't eat this all the time so you should be just fine with your treat.0
-
I say treat yourself or you may eat worse later - sometimes I eat to much just trying to satisfy a craving and had I just eaten that one thing I wold have been better off0

maybe have half today and half tommorow? is it a big egg?0

Are you serious? You are actually concerned about eating 1 hardboiled egg?
Please don't be hard on yourself. Eggs are a very healthy addition to any diet. There's a reason many gyms sell them hardboiled right for you to eat.
And if the egg is organic, cage free and natural--what are you worried about? Seriously.0 -
I doubt it. And don't skip the yolk. It may have all of the fat, but it also has all of the vitamins.0

and the yolk has all the good Omega 3's you don't want to skip!
Fish once a week and egg 1-2 times per week are suggested by all of the experts to get those Omegas in!0 -
Since you said "Easter egg", I'm assuming it's a chocolate egg? Or is it an actual egg? Even if it's chocolate, one treat every so often won't kill you or make you gain weight. Just balance it out with healthy options and don't make it a habit. Or eat one half today and the other half tomorrow as someone pointed out. No need to deprive yourself of the things you love, just have them in moderation.0

Lol I think they are taking about a chocolate Easter egg!!!
If your within your cals and as long as it's not a regular thing don't worry about it0 -
Oh. Well technically an Easter egg is a dyed egg or a plastic egg you put candy in. So...go for the real egg and skip the chocolate one.0

lol just shows the differences in terminology between the US and the UK,  :laugh:0
