New and struggling...

Hi! Im Angie. I've been using My Fitness Pal for a week now and I started off doing great! I lost 3.5lbs! This week however has been awful! I'm hungry and craving chocolate! Needless to say, I've fallen into temptation a few times and have wrecked my calories! I'm scared to weight because I've probable gained my 3.5lbs back!

Anyway, I also have a 18 month old and work FT. Was wondering if anyone had some suggestions for things to do that burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time?

    I do cardio kickboxing and I love it. I would try to find something that you really enjoy, that way you will be more likely to do it. I have a problem with sweets as well, and I can talk myself into thinking I "deserve" them all the time. So what I do is indulge with a bowl of ice cream, once a week, instead of every day. Also, when I am really doing well and I feel like I do "deserve" something, I reward myself with things that are not food.
