Help with order of progression

Trying to set up a workout program for my wife and I. I am in better shape so we don't run together because are time is very limited so I want all I can get out of mine and she is only at a walking pace but we do Daily 16's every day.
I just bought 30 day shred for us to do in the evenings, so I guess what I am wondering is can you go from couch to 30DS with no problems? Then I was thinking if that got easy after say 2 months to jump up to supreme 90 or ripped in 30. What order would be best do you think comming from sedentary to active?
