Put my back out!

Hi all! I just started MFP and I'm on day 6. Lucky, lucky me, I put my back out yesterday and I'm stuck on the couch, more or less. So disheartening when I'm so raring to go!! I'm praying that I'll be back in action within the next couple of days. It stinks, not being able to exercise and get those extra calories. Blah!!

I feel you. I broke my back 7 years ago and I have to be very careful with what I do for exercise.0

Thanks for your reply. Oh my, I can't imagine how horrible that must have been! I've ALWAYS had a bad back and always have to be careful what I do/lift. I haven't had my back go out on me in almost 2 years. Such bad timing now!0
