New to the site and looking for great recipes, friends ect!!

Hi there, I am new to this site. I am currently in a Personal Training program with Spa Lady twice a week... and looking for extra motivation as food is obviously my weakness. In reality I have at least 160 pounds to loose but I am breaking my goals down to 20 pounds at a time... right now I am down 8 pounds but been battling the food issue... this week I woke up and said THATS it I had enough... I am not busting my butt off at the gym for nothing lol!!! Wish me luck everyone <3
