Besides unsalted nuts and avocados.. what are some sources that you use in your daily diet to get polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats?

    I really need to add olive oil to my diet... fish too for that matter!

    also canola oil is good way to get healthy fats in your diet...and if you find yourself not eating enough of the "good" fats Fish Oil tablets or any kind of flax and omega 3 will help also...my dr put me on the fish oil 3 times a day to help raise my HDLs (=

    Hey friend! I still take prenatals since I'm nursing... Concept DHA or something with have those omegas. I forgot I was getting fats there!
