hello i am new to this site i live in houston,tx i just got banded on march 9,2011 my starting weight was 317 and i am as of today 290 ! i have had a rough two months with family issues and deaths in the family but i am over my hump and trying to get motivated. i am also a diabetic and have been doing good so i hope this week on my visit i do not need my medicine i stil learning and working on choosing the right foods and trying to be frequent with exercise. would like to meet other people near me to get toghter and work out or just hang out..
