    I usually eat 1/4 cup (uncooked) steel cut oats with a banana and 1 tblspn of natural peanut butter. It's fantastic, and I can make it the night before and just microwave when I get to work.

    Other days (when I have extra time in the AM), I will make 2 egg whites w/spinach and 1/2 oz of cheese (low fat feta or cheddar), on 1 piece of toasted Fiber One bread w/ about 2 tsp of whole-grain mustard. Also super yummy!

    I love making a GNC Lean shake and a piece of fruit to start off my morning! Tastes great and fills me up with proper nutrients!
