This is the beginning of a new month, and a new routine! As swimsuit season approaches, my motivation increases. This month I want to stick (the best I can) to a new fitness routine. I would love thoughts/suggestions and anyone who whats to join me on this challenge!

Mon, Wed, Fri: yoga + cardio/strength training
cardio = running/jogging, lap swimming, elliptical trainer
strength training = weights
cardio+strength training = Boot camp, Ultimate Bikini body workout (DVDs)

Tues, Thurs, Sat: yoga + cardio/dance
I take zumba on Tue and Thurs. I also have a cardio ballroom DVD, and Carmen Electra Strip tease DVD.

I figure alternate toning with dancing to generate long lean lines. The cardio will help my heart rate and burn calories. I try to do yoga almost everyday to stretch out my body and center my mind.

I am ready for this month!!
Lets do it!

    You go girl! Make May the month to make it happen! I LOVE mat Pilates for long lean muscles and Zumba for fun. Just keep mixing it up so you don't get bored!

    I will join you, but I might not do it as intensive as you.

    Mon, Wed, Thursday - Yoga + 30 Day Shred (Circuit training - cardio + strength)
    Tues - Zumba 1 hour
    Sat and Sun - 30 Day Shred + Walking(30-45 mins medium pace)
    Friday - Rest day ( I will still see if I can carry on with the 30 day shred, but I am exhausted mentally and physically by Friday)

    Let's motivate each other to carry on! We can do it!
