Hi, I'm new to this sight and just getting used to getting around. My goal is to loose 15 lbs. to get my weight back in the safe range for my diabetis.

    Hey I am new to this forum just started working out. I have successful completed one week. I am going to the gym for out five times a week . I am counting calories not to exceed 1290. I am excited because tonite is zumba. I am working oyt about 1-2 hours a day. Realy need motivation cannot wait to
    reach my goal
